The emergence of needs in technical, expert, research, scientific, and promotional aspects over time can be attributed to the attitudes and pursuits exercised during their respective origins under different managements with competent subordinate staff. These efforts were based on individual diligence, professional interest, or relevant expertise of the staff, which represent the foremost intra-organizational incentives and the most influential structural factors in the evolution of archaeology and curation in Iran. This paper presents a precise summary of the undertakings of earlier directors and the history of the National Museum of Iran, along with part of its commonalities with the national archaeological organization. Its aim is to elucidate the antecedents and spurs behind the establishment of a technical-specialist department at the National Museum of Iran, which is specialized in the conservation and restoration of historical artefacts. شکل<strong>‌</strong>گیری بخش<strong>‌</strong>ها و اجزای سازمانی، تشکیلات باستان<strong>‌</strong>شناسی و موزه<strong>‌</strong>داری ایران و تبیین سیر تحولی آنها از مقوله<strong>‌</strong>های بحث<strong>‌</strong>شده در تاریخ دستگاه میراث<strong>‌</strong>فرهنگی ایران است به نظر می<strong>‌</strong>رسد نیازهایی که به مرور زمان از لحاظ فنی، کارشناسی، پژوهشی، علمی و ترویجی پدید آمده است، نتیجه نگرش<strong>‌</strong>ها و پی<strong>‌</strong>گیری<strong>‌</strong>هایی بوده که در طی برهه<strong>‌</strong>های گوناگون بوجود آمده است. این تلاش<strong>‌</strong>ها مبتنی بر اهتمام فردی، علاقه حرفه<strong>‌</strong>ای یا تخصص زمینه<strong>‌</strong>ای کارکنانی بوده که عمده<strong>‌</strong>ترین محرک<strong>‌</strong>های درون دستگاهی و تاثیرگذارترین دلایل کالبدی در سیر تحول و تطور باستان<strong>‌</strong>شناسی و موزه<strong>‌</strong>داری ایران بوده است. این مقاله ضمن اشاره به بخش<strong>‌</strong>هایی از فعالیت<strong>‌</strong>های گذشتگان و تاریخچه موزه ملی ایران و برخی فصل مشترک<strong>‌</strong>های آن با تشکیلات باستان<strong>‌</strong>شناسی کشور درصد تبیین زمینه<strong>‌</strong>ها و انگیزه<strong>‌</strong>های پیدایش یکی از بخش<strong>‌</strong>های فنی- کارشناسی موزه ملی ایران با رویکرد مرمت و حفاظت از اشیاء فرهنگی - تاریخی  است. http://jinm.irannationalmuseum.ir/article_704166_41570a6e3b7dfcfb038b7ccd053df59e.pdf
